How It Works
Getting started with your One OS-powered watch strap is simple. In just a few steps, you’ll be able to make secure, tap-to-pay purchases directly from your wrist—no phone or wallet required.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
1. Download the One OS App
Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for One OS. Download and install the app on your smartphone.

2. Create Your Account
Open the app and follow the prompts to:
- Sign up with your email
- Verify your identity
- Secure your account with a PIN or biometric login
3. Pair Your Strap
Once logged in:
- Tap "Pair Device"
- Hold your strap near your phone’s NFC sensor
- Wait for the pairing confirmation message
Note: Ensure NFC is turned on in your phone settings.
4. Load Your Wallet
Top up your wallet using any major credit or debit card.
- Go to "Wallet" in the app
- Tap "Add Funds"
- Choose your preferred payment method

5. Tap to Pay
You’re ready!
Simply tap your strap at any terminal that accepts Mastercard® contactless payments.

Am I eligible to use a Connected strap?
Yes, if you meet one of the following:
- USA Residents:
You just need a U.S. bank account and the free OneOS app (iOS or Android).
Load money and tap to pay anywhere Mastercard is accepted. - UK or European Residents:
You’ll need a free Curve account and the OneOS app.
Curve connects your local credit card to your strap. - Other regions:
Unfortunately, the service is currently only available to users with bank accounts in the U.S., UK, or Europe.
🟡 How do I activate the strap?
- Download the OneOS app.
- Pair your strap using the app (NFC required).
- Load funds from your linked card or bank account.
- Wait up to 3 business days for the first top-up to activate.
Once setup is complete, you're ready to tap and pay!

The strap uses passive NFC technology—the same tech used in contactless credit cards.
It draws power directly from payment terminals, so:
